New Exhaust Shop in Morristown Area

ALL, I am looking for a local shop (Morristown Area) to perform the Muffler Removal on my 2000 M5 - every place a called say's they can't do it, it is illegal -

Also, what would be the price? and I need replacement Dual Exhaust Tips.

Any info would be very helpful - Thanks
