Bumper scratched very badly

This morning I noticed the scratch on the bumper. While driving on I-95 and I-295 at very high speed I must have driven over some metal sheet that was on the road. The ED tag was dented a lot. So I removed it. This is on the passenger side. I noticed the rubber thing above the tire got ripped off. So I must have gone over some metal scrap. Any suggestions on how to fix this ? BMW approved collision center ? As this looks like plastic I think the bumper must be replaced. Any suggestions ?

The torn plastic lip is a small piece of plastic (51717199460 - right side) on the vehicle and is easily replaced - about $15. For your bumper get some touch up paint from BMW $40 for a kit, smooth it out with a little sand paper, and touch it up. It may be your first undercarriage scrape but it probably won't be the last. Once it is silver again you will hardly notice it.

Dropped off my Z4 with the dealer. They are going to fix it and replace the torn plastic/rubber piece. Should be back tomorrow!
