Front-seat side airbags liner replacement

I recently purchased a 2000 740il and about to have the headliner replaced. Should I be concerned about the Front-seat side airbags when removing the side panel?

Any advise would be appreciated.

NO, I wouldn't even remove side panel, just carefully untucked headliner from top of the side panel (b-pillar), but you'll need to remove both sides a-pillars which has a torx screw behind the cover I think T20 or T25 and c-pillars you will need to remove light fixture and behind it there is a 8mm screw. If you just removing and replacing headliner it should take no more than an hour of work.
Good luck.
