Where does the HP-EGR cooler bypass valve vacuum pipe connects to?

There is a EUV valve on the X5 diesel HP-EGR cooler for bypass. The vacuum should be supplied to this valve. Anyone can tell me where the vacuum hose connect to? If the valve doesn't have proper vacuum, where should be checked?

Thanks!

Ok, I answer my own question. The #2 part in the first graph is actually the vacuum part that opens/closes the cooler bypass valve. One port of the T junction #12 (#10 in the second graph) connects to the vacuum distributor and another port connects to the vacuum reservoir (well, some model may not have a vacuum reservoir, including mine. )
