Wow, 30,000 and reserve is not met? Sounds like a waste of money to me. Sure, rare, but you could almost buy a new 3 series for that kinda cash. Doesn't even have a stereo system? CEL is on?

seems a bit steep to me, but that may just because I can think of 15,000 better ways to spend that kinda cash.

Yup...

I mean they're cool and all but way way overpriced...

However, if I was a little bit more baller I'd probably own one. Just to say I own one.

Ya overpriced I agree but would still love to have one, Friend of mine sold his w/75k miles on it for 55k$ last month, I don't like the radio and AC delete (especially here in Tx), this one should pull in 60k-70k$ to the right buyer,
Edit: I would like to import a euro spec M3 b4 I dropped that much $

I'd like to do alot of things before I dropped that. One of which would be putting away towards a Porsche 959...

Yeah, if it had a Euro motor, that would be one thing. But it just has an S50 and some weight reduction. Not worth it.

300lb reduction it says.

Once you have someone else in there (let's say 2-3 girls, because you the big man on campus if you are rocking that car) you're already at the normal m3 weight. Then the girls are gonna want to pump the music, and you're gonna have to tell them just to throw on headphones because you have a BMW, but no stereo. Once summer comes around, it's gonna be hot at hell, they'll complain, and all they can do in the back is open their little vent window. At that point, you have a +$50k car and a bunch of angry girls.

Not worth it (read: Practical) as a DD or even a weekend car.

No problem there, I don't know any girls.

Let's pretend for a moment, that I actually did know some girls. Everything I've read on the Internet seems to claim that they like to talk...ALOT. And don't care what you say anyways. So, this seems like a benefit for me? But a benefit that I'll only discover once I meet girls, I guess.

I refuse to use A/C, I don't like the feel of synthetic cool air on my hot bod. Also, since there will clearly be no girls in the car for me, there will be no complaints. Comprende?

I'll just have a 50k car.

Dude...
To be 100% honest, I don't find most of the girls in Santa Cruz to be attractive. They are outdoorsy which I absolutely love, but on the other hand no girlies here are ever, ever, ever interested in cars. Most dudes aren't either. One of the many pitfalls that is this sh!thole of a town.

Yea for that much you could go to Europe and get an M3 there ship it back and still have money in your pocket, maybe to buy an M5......Now with that being said if money was no object then well you know the rest of the story. I would not let that sit in a garage it needs to be loved and caressed and massaged on a long windy road or race track on a weekly basis.......
