You should also be able to remove the gray square by the front cabin light in the roof and find the plug for if just sitting there. i also just picked up a 2003 540i sport last week i was lucky and found a super clean black on black 540i loaded with m package.

for the homelink, you can just order the module from ebay, we are pre-wired, or you can get the homelink integrated mirrors for bit more.

if you want some suspension stuff (H&R or Bilstein stuff) check out essex distributors, google them they got a website where you can order online. I ordered all my previous spacers, springs, etc from them. Fast and cheap
