Release/Allocation/Production/ED Timing

My first post and I'm awaiting word on whether I will get an allocation slot from a few dealers (deposits made) for an F10 2013 M5 ED. Is the April 1st release date factual or best guess/projected? And what does that imply for first available likely ED? A basic question, I know, but I'm new to ED and the forum.

I'd ask the dealer/CA that took your deposit.
I would think you should be fine with ED.
