RFT tires vs. Performance non-RFT

I read that many of you have replaced the RFT tires with conventional summer performance tires, I intend to use the stock RFT Dunlop tires until they're worn, but since they're stagger configuration and cannot be rotated, the rear will likely be worn out quicker. Do most of you replace all four at once or is it safe to replace rear 2 RFT first then replace front 2 at a later time?

Yes, replacing only the rears or fronts is fine as long as you put on the exact same tire model.
