D2 Racing Coilovers

Hello Everyone,

I just want to say hello! Im new on here. I came across these on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/290732915297...84.m1423.l2649. I did some research and it seems that the porsche guys had a good experience with them, but was wondering if anyone on here has tried them.
Thanks
Mike

As a personal preference, i would go with Ksport over D2

Sort of comparing apples to oranges. Many of the Porsche guys consider coilovers for the improvement in cornering versus many 7series people are more interested in ride quality. This is how I see it.

If you are looking to get your car as low as you can for the least amount of money, and your are OK with giving up a decent amount or ride comfort/quality, then yes, these D2, KSport and many other cheap coilovers will do the job.

Now, it you want to get your car as low as you can, and still want a good ride quality, there is only 1 choice. KW

KW Variants are well worth the added expense
Megan, D2, and K -Sport are all made in the same factory in Taiwan
Believe it or not the Megans are a direct copy of the more expensive Apexi's and another name brand btw.
I have Megans on my SC and not afraid to rock them. They were very good coilovers for the money

I think when you're running coilovers, concave wheels look a lot better. Look at sanhonda's car above and you'll see what I mean
