Does this bother anyone else?

The seam that runs down the middle of the seat drives me nuts. My spine falls right down into it.

It was specifically designed to be there so you can sense exactly where you are positioned in your seat at any given moment. It's called Proprioception technology. Only BMWs have it to date. Instead of making it a $150 option, they decided to make it standard on all lines, which is a great value if you think about it. What will those BMW engineers think of next?

I'll trade you for my "Vaders" (the ever-popular highly coveted E36 M3 seats)...

Nice pics! Checked your delivery thread as well and these are some of the best pics I've seen of an actual F30 so thanks for the effort.

By the way, is that black or everest grey leatherette? Looks good. Mind sharing your full spec on the car? Couldn't find it.

I don't have the sport seats but the regular ones feel great to me. I believe good seats are those which you immediately adjust into the correct position then don't feel you have to constantly fiddle with them, and you don't feel any backache after a drive. These are good on both those counts.

Nope, didn't even notice it until you brought it up. I had to look in my car to see if the seam was there. Doesn't bother me in the least.

Before I ordered my 335i I test drove a Sport Line and thought the seats were phenomenal. No complaints here.
