For Lease - 2011 F10 535 M Sport & Fully loaded! $68k MSRP $813 per month
Hi all, I currently lease a 2011 BMW 535i that I'm looking to exit the lease. I'm located in West Los Angeles.
The car is Alpine White on Oyster/Black (with Anthracite headliner!). The MSRP is $67,825 and I leased the car for $300 over invoice cost. I qualified for BMW loyalty which reduced the money factor and I put the max 7 additional security deposits totaling $5,950 which further reduced the money factor and got the great price. Anyone who is familiar with BMW lease programs knows the savings the 7 MSD's can get (the reduction got me a ~17% savings on my MSD's). My currently monthly payment is $813.71 after CA/Los Angeles County tax. The lease is until February 28th 2014 (23 months left), annual 10k miles (current mileage is 13k). Now to the specs - the car is fully loaded. White on white, M Sport Package, Premium Package, Premium Package 2, Convenience Package, Cold Weather Package, Sport Auto Transmition, and Side and Top View Packages. The car is in perfect condition with no dents or scratches etc. and has been taken care of. I'm posting this on the forums here first before I post onto Swapalease. The new lease assumer would have to pay me the $5,950 security deposits back and this would be refundable back to you from BMW at the end of lease. The car has been registered in CA and paid for in full from 3/1/2012 - 2/28/2013 which cost about ~$500 which does not need to be paid back. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions or want to see more pictures. For fastest response email me at daniel@tggcorp.com as I don't check out the forums too often. The one thing I love about 5's is the incredibly comfortable front seats. You can adjust them so they fit your back/neck/head like a posturepedic mattress.

Are those headlights different from normal ones, not in the HID aspect, but in the inside look? They seem to have a dark/black matte inside paint which I don't recall seeing on the average F10.
That's the ideal F10 setup you have, IMO. I don't think there's a better equipped F10 on the market, except for the M5. 535i, M-Pack, White, that exact interior combo, and those options = ideal F10. Someone will be happy with that thing. Out of curiosity, what's the residual (buyout) on this car?
