Exclamation Clutch Problems

I am having problems with my clutch on a 1 year old Z4.

When I press the clutch pedal, engage a gear using the stick, press the accelerator, and slowly come off the clutch pedal, it feels as though the clutch pedal is still depressed when I am pressing the accelerator as it is over-revving and I am not getting any power.

I am going to take it in to BMW today or tomorrow when I have some time.

Anyone know what is wrong with it.

Well, pardon the obvious response, but it just sounds like its sticking. I'm sure there's a fairly easy (warranty) fix. A tension adjustment, lube, +/or part replacement should do the trick, no?
