The right colors and specs can make all the difference, no question. The press photos of the "frozen bronze" (or whatever they're calling it) Gran Coupe with the larger wheels look great. I definitely need to see it in person to make a decision and have a hard time believing I'd like it better than my 2-door, but it sure would be nice to have a useable back seat.

On a side note, I'm not sure if this has been mentioned here, but I remember reading somewhere that the Gran version will actually have a higher seating position (for some reason 1.5-2" comes to mind) than the normal coupe and convertible, in order to assist with better all-around visibility. I wonder how different that will make the car feel, too.

Just saw a Frozen Bronze 640i in Hawaii this weekend with a combo Opal White/Amero Brown Merino Brown interior... FABULOUS! Wish we had this combo in the Vert model....

Well, its been quite some time since this thread was made. Most of you guys were negative about the GC. How do you feel about it now?

I love coupes....but if I were looking for a sedan, the 6GC would definitely be at the top of the list. Every time I see one my eyes are drawn to it and don't leave it until I leave the scene. It passes my eye test.
