Smile BMW select lease takeover

I currently am select financing a new 7 series hybrid. The car is absolutely beautiful. I pay 1400 per month, but I am willing to contribute $250 per months towards the lease. There are still 4 and a half years left on select. My name is Matt my cell is 732 710 7463 . I will also give you 2500 in cash towards the vehicle ..

I'm sorry but in lieu of some of the deals people have gotten on the hybrids that payments almost twice as much so its gonna be a tough sell...

Payment and deals

Let me ask you the mission to drive deals are long and gone. Number 2 we are in a hurting economy and there are millions who simply cannot get approved so they turn to lease take overs. Number 3 my buddy just went down to freehold BMW and leased a new 750 for 1200 per month . The hybrid 20000 more. So asking 1250 is too much for a car with 7000 miles and a msrp of 117000? As far s pictures I agree it would help but the iPad does not allow me to do attachment dowmloads

And APPL used to be $100. The fact is, the market rate is much higher, and that should be the bar, not what it used to be.

Sorry with all my discounts for a 750 il my payment for the 750 iL is 746. The regular length was 100 less and that included numerous options. In Minnesota costs 1000 to register the car so yes 620 to 650 for abase 750 was very doable.

Mine is on way back to states and no I can't sell my car yet. Ask me in one year. My lease is for 23 months but I doubt it. Hybrid better than the regular but I wish you could do the M package

His point was that there is no bona fide person willing to sell their car at that price and not to just get a free car. Not what you paid for it. I seriously doubt there is such a person, unless they are in immediate financial distress. And even in that case, they can probably flip the car for $5000 pretty easily.

Going to my AAPL example, there are folks who paid $100 for their stock - I doubt you can get it anywhere today for $100.

Look - the guy's trying to sell his car. There's no reason to act like an ass because you're lucky and he's not. My advice - see what they lease for now for a car at invoice, no markup on money factor, and discount it by 15-20% on the monthly payment, and 5% less than a new 750i - whichever payment is lower. That should make it pretty attractive. You're going to take a bath, especially since the refreshed 2013s are due in a few months. You're better off getting it off your hands now, rather than wait for a higher price.

Also, Select Financing is not widely known around here - so if you can describe the benefits and obligations, I think that would also be help your cause. For example if there are any tax benefits with Select.

616 a month? Was that with something down? That's like half my payment and I got mine for 2 under invoice with a low money factor.

If people can't get approved originally for a new lease (where BMW wants to make a sale), they are def not getting approved for a lease takeover (where the sale has already happened and your on the hook for the entire lease, there is no incentive in it for the company to transfer your lease)

Why are you selling the car after so short owneership?

Chris thank you for the support

Chris I do appreciate you explaining that I'm just a man trying to unload my car payment. I also think if I lived in Minnesota I would too have gotten a lease for that price. Instead I live in manhattan and I know that there are no leases for a hybrid under a 1000. The cost of income is much greater then the Midwest so my point is next time I lease a car I will drive to north Dakota and make sure I get the deal of the century

Nicky to be honest it's a lot for me especially when having my first new born. I need to cut costs and would prefer a payment for half.. It's trying economical times and after this economical meltdown it is best I live beyond my means these days..

Some lenders are doing what's called car loan modifications. Whether BMW does this who knows. They really don't budge

Completely wrong. Also makes you look as if you have no clue. The prices on these hybrids could be had nationwide for roughly the same rates, the only factor depending on location is sales tax, you should know this. These deals came from nationwide rebates that made these leases extremely attractive for a short period of time. I live in the same place as you do and could have had one for the same price that was quoted above based on allocation availability.

I would suggest you read the thread quoted above, as the first poster with the deal was from the wild woods of New Jersey! The same place you compared your "buddy's" payment from.

Either way you guys are arguing semantics.......The damn special which I also got, was only available to about 40 people in the country. Thats it.
Now it's back to reality, and probably you will not see a deal like that for a long time. So he should be able to move his car for a lot more than 600,800, etc per month. Unless someone who recieved the special is willing to sell their vehicle (which would be pretty damn stupid), he should be able to easily demand 1000+ month no question.......in a couple months time, none of us will be talking about it (special) anymore, and no one else will even know it ever existed.

Matt deal was national. I found out about it from a guy in NJ. It was for a very short time and caused a feeding frenzy. I think it was a once in a lifetime deal.

I am also trying to swap my lease. I have a 2012 BMW 750li pretty much loaded for $1230 a month in Atlanta, Ga. If someone got a lease for under $1000 on my car I would be shocked. I am listed on Swap a lease and I have had some nibbles but no luck in about 1 month.
