11 328i SES light

I just bought a brand new 328i about 2 months ago and always filled up at Costco, at about 1200 miles SES light came on. Brought it in and they said it was the low quality fuel that caused 4, 5, and 6 cylinders to misfire. I got my car back filled up at quik trip (top tier gas) got through 3/4 of a tank and SES light came on again. Anyone else have this issue, or know what could be happening?

I got my 328i back and they had changed out 2 ignition coils. Before i got home the service engine soon light came back on. They called me today and said they had to contact bmw corporate which instructed them to change out the fuel injectors.. does this sound right to anybody? Do i have a lemon? Anybody???

My 2011 328i has 5700 miles on it, and yesterday the SES light came on. I always use 91 octane fuel, I'm taking the car to the dealership. As you can see my car is under warranty, have you been charged for the work done on your cars?

Well, sadly after BMW put 18k into the car they decided to put me into a 2012. Last I heard they never found out what was wrong.

Just to let you know, about the SES light. I opened the fuel tank, and then I closed it back and the SES light dissapeared, just as some of the users in others threads say.

That's great to hear! I'm happy for you, I tried that about 100x and did nothing.
