E70 vs F15

I'm not sure of the reception the F15 is getting from people, but I went on the BMW site to build one that closely resembles the current E70 options. Sure there are more updated options you can now get on the F15, I get that. But although it's a new body style with updated interior, etc. it seems to closely resemble the same options you can get on the current E70 model. Seems sort of a waste to spend the money on the F15 (with maybe a few more options you can get). Do you agree? Just curious of people's thoughts.

what are you talking about? The F15 has so many new options that you can't get on the E70.

From what I've seen I don't like the exterior of the F15 but love the interior. But I also don't see how E70 can be a fraction of the price. For the options I got, their prices are very similar, although I believe you can get a better discount for the E70 but that's about it. Most options on my 2013 E70 are standard on F15.

If I could wait till now, I'd get the F15.

^ Yup, the F15's interior is gorgeous.

Unless I'm missing something and the E70 is sold with all these options, the F15 is going to be worth the extra coin

DHP, LED Headlights, Driver Assistance PLus, Active Driving Assistant, Parking Assistant, Blind Spot, Surround View, Comfort rear seats, ceramic controls, B&O, Night Vision, etc

The F15 has so few color choices. If you chose the sport package, it wont let you select Jet Black. Why?? Or am I doing the configurator wrong. You can only get carbon black, space grey, alpine white, or black saphire. Plus pay an extra 550 for the privilege. Vermillion Red and Deep sea blue have disappeared.

DSB and other colors have a later introduction. I think production starts in December for them. No Vermillion on any of the lists though
