335xi Steering Shudder
I'm new to the BMW world having just purchased an '08 335xi with 37k miles and hopefully MANY more to go. So far, love the car... very pleased. However, I noticed that there after hitting bumps at speed, there is a delayed "shudder" that resonates to the steering wheel. Now I know from reading that the ride is notoriously stiff, and the run flats contribute to the harshness, but I can't seem to chalk this up to it just being the normal ride.
Anyone have similar experiences? Last edited by 71Tuxedo; 04-13-2012 at 01:37 PM. Reason: grammer |

I have similar car as yours at the approximate same mileage and have not ever experienced what you describe. Even with run flats.

In addition... since I like to consider myself a do-it-yourself'er, any ideas on what it might be would be appreciated as well. This way I can get an idea on where to start troubleshooting.
