Gripforce Clutches

I'm considering a new clutch for my car, a BMW M5 2001 E39, and just wondered what you guys think of these.

F1 RACING STAGE 1 CLUTCH KIT - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISA...9732806&_rdc=1

F1 RACING STAGE 2 RIGID CLUTCH KIT - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ws/eBayISA...1227157&_rdc=1

Also, do you think there might be any fitting/compatibility problems as these clutches are being supplied in the US and I'm in the UK?

I've had a couple email exchanges with Gripforce and it's not that I don't trust what they're telling me, but you know how it is, it's always nice to get another take on it before I buy. After all, it's got to come across the pond and therefore it would be nice to know beforehand.
