Buying again. This car?

Hey guys, I posted in this thread a few months ago about buying a 330 on an $8,000 budget. After deciding to play it safe and wait, I now have incentive to get into an E46. (Read, have a buyer wanting my truck...)

Ok, so, again using the $8,000 mark, I'm having more trouble finding cars within my search criteria. 330 or 325Ci, M/T, heated seats, and no grey interior. These are my not-budging-a-single-bit points, otherwise, I'm trying to be fairly open.

Then I found this ZHP for sale and think to myself, we may have a winner. In case you don't feel like going to the link, car is an 03' 330i ZHP sedan, in bright red/black alcantara colors. But despite the 201,000 miles, the ad goes on to say this...
Quote:
2003 BMW 330i with ZHP (rare performance) Package - 6 speed - All power options - Heated seats - Power sunroof - Alcantara interior - Wired for ipod/iphone - Brand new tires (all 4) - Upgraded Xenon headlights from factory xenons - Just passed Pa inspection - Needs absolutely nothing - New windshield wipers - Recent tune-up - New cooling system (radiator, hoses, water pump, etc.) - New clutch - New starter - New fog lights - New drivers side seatbelt and side mirror - New transmission bushings - ECS Cold air intake - Borla exhaust (classy sound, not loud/obnoxious) - Upgraded rear differential 3:46 gear ratio - Transmission and rear diff fluids recently changed - Mobil 1 (synthetic) oil changes just changed - 201,000 miles - BMW enthusiast owned very well cared for - only selling because it's a third car and I don't have time to drive it - $9500 obo serious inquires only please.
What peaks my curiosity most about this car, is all of the maintenance that is said to have been done. Unfortunately the add is kind of vauge, and I haven't seen this car on any other sites, but hopefully the car is in good overall condition.

What do you all think about it? I know that the power-train is probably ok at 201,000 miles, but what about the rest of the car? Also, how well does the alcantara hold up? Do I have my head in the clouds expecting a car like this to be in any kind of nice condition and be daily-driver reliable? (I realize given the somewhat limited information in the ad, I'm going to have to do some more detailed inquiring about the car...)

If this particular car didn't work out, then oh well, I'm no worse off. There are a handful of Ci's around a 500 mile radius, but most are at a dealer of some sort, and at this point in my life I'm leery of buying from any 2nd-rate stealer. Especially a car such as an E46 that could be passed off with critical maintenance items being vulnerable and largely unknown. Like Fast Bob's advice in the above thread link, I'll be sure to go for a thorough PPI. However, I'm sure with some of these 2-bit used stealership cars, it would almost be a waste of money. At least in the case of this particular ZHP, it's coming from an individual, claiming to be an enthusiast, and seems to be well taken care of.

Anyway, just thought I'd pick you E46er's brains here. Let me know what you think, and of course, thanks for reading.

The car looks nice. It is super clean. But, would I spend $10,000 on a car with 201,000 miles on it? Probably not.
