Due to the questions i have been getting lately I will post some info for clarity:

1. This is an offer to transfer the current lease to a new buyer.
_A. The lease becomes the new buyers responsibility
_B. I cannot/will not keep it in my name and allow you to pay me(asked for that 5 times already)
_C. You WILL need to qualify for BMW credit
_D. Monthly payment is $668.33 due on the 27th of each month
2. The lease runs through 12/27/2013
3. The lease will is up to 30,000 miles at lease turn in. Additional miles @ .20
4. Residual at end of lease is $28,938 if you choose to purchase at lease end
5. The current mileage is 13,400
6. I am selling because i have 3 cars, and this is the only logical choice to sell
7. The car has never been wrecked
8. Car is garage kept
9. It has NEVER been smoked in

correct, the residual is basically $29K

haven't really been trying to hard to transfer the lease, but i figure in the new year, maybe someone may have some interest since there is only 11 months remaining
