if you had to ger a replace for e38

I bought my e38 as a cheap daily driver in and out of downtown. if your car was stolen/totalled/engine failure etc what do you think you would replace it with?

for a daily I think I would get an early 2000s Lincoln LS V8 around 7k or just look for another clean e38 (which can be tough)

Ive always liked those Lincoln LS V8's. However, I love my BMW and all the little quirks and ticks about it. Its a fun car, heavy car, and just plain enjoyable to drive... So I might actually look for another BMW... Not sure which model i would go for though. Guess it depends on how much and how much work it needed...

I stepped out of mine, a 2001 740i in immaculate condition, into a 2008 Z4 3.0si. I loved my e38 but I did not love its upkeep. I bought a CPO and all the warranties which came with it, and I could not be happier.

PS: The salesman who sold me my Z4 bought my e38. Loves it like I did...but he has the support of the dealership, which I did not.
