Got my production number

Ok I finally received my production number last week. Looking at BMW's site the tracker is at #2 - production ended. Does anyone know how long it should take to get to my dealer in NY? Wonder if they are doing a mid-year refresh with the lights, etc...Can't wait!

I just got mine, black 5.0, lots of options. After production ended, it took one week on a train to SoCal, another week from there to San Francisco. Plus 3 days at my dealership. Hope you get yours soon.

Well I just picked up my Alpine White beauty yesterday. Wow that was sooner than expected. Amazing vehicle for sure! Only thing, no flashlight in the glove like my 2002 330Ci...lol

It's an LCI correct?

I put in an order on December 30 to utilize the incentives and then cancelled it when my dealer called and asked if I wanted to order the "M performance package". Of course this was not avail. on the non-LCI car so I asked when the car could be built if I changed my order. He replied "production starts at the end of April". Then and there I knew the LCI car was coming before July/August as the internal memo of BMW's production table suggests (which has been floating around the net for a while).

I passed on the M package because its the family car for the wife and the sport activity ride quality vs. adaptive drive which comes with the M pack just can't be beat IMHO. So I ordered a 13' 3.5i which will come with the 20 inch 336 wheels currently on the 5.0, I ordered LED headlights and the Enhanced premium audio from the X6M. Since I ordered just days before the official LCI announcement, I'm hoping that our car will be produced early. If production starts end of April, I think delivery at the end of May in Connecticut is a reasonable expectation. I got a prod. number on Jan. 25., order accepted priority 1 "sold". BMW is allowing an extension of our current X5 lease. I'm happy since I got my last BMW months before the LCI and was bought off guard by that.

Now comes the hard part waiting......

No LCI on my 2012, but didn't want to wait the extra months. Great car either way! This thing just eats up the road and feels much smaller that it actually is. Perfect!

so, I ordered my 328i 2012 sedan on 3/3/12, and it just ended production 3/29 .. can anyone tell me when it will ship or when like you think it will ship? sooo exciiteddd to get it <3 thanks!

"Life Cycle Impulse"... it's the facelift in the midst of a current model design, usually 3-4 years after a complete redesign.

Last night we received delivery of one of BMW's very first 2013 X6 3.5 models - we are very happy with it inside and out. It is simply stunning - the BMW promotional photos for this 2013 model do not do it justice.
