New Owner Need Some Assistance
I just got an 04 325i with 118k on it, and i am trying to keep it out of the shop as much a possible. I plan on doing a lot of my own work i am just curious if anyone has any input on preventive maintenance i should preform? I'm in the military and have access to all the tools i need and lifts. Thanks in advance.

Read The wiki up above,
Replace the cooling system if it hasn't been changed, especially with summer coming up maybe a tune up as well (spark plugs, fuel filter, etc.) More festers will chime in, but almost everything is in the wiki

Read the E46 Wiki (link at the top of this page) Start scrolling back through the older threads in this Forum....EVERYTHING that goes wrong with these cars has been discussed (and fixed) before.
