Customer service for this E92Lighting business is proving rather adventurous. The person on the chat window keeps insisting to email the inquiry which I did twice previously. Seems to be unable to open multiple windows since he/she keeps insisting that the order is kept in a different database so he/she cannot provide tracking.

Be careful. Do not buy off their website and make sure the S&H is fair. Their auction in eBay has $9.99 S&H while their website may charge you $28.99 like it did me. Not happy with this seller. Their auction also starts at $149. Protect yourself in case there is something wrong with the part or the shipping process. At least there is a dispute resolution center with eBay. They still cannot give me a tracking number but claims it has shipped since I wanted to cancel the order after I found out the $28.99 charge is not expedited but probably snail mail.

BTW, try calling their number to get some help or clarification... then Google E-92 Lighting reviews. I should have done my homework but took them at face value since they are one of the Bimmerfest sponsors. Suspect business practice...

you placed your order after Christmas when most companies are on vacation and kept insisting on shipping same day when we have hundreds of orders to process daily, you got a discounted price and tracking was already provided to you as promised. if you have any further questions or concerns you can email us.

Don't start on me Derrick. I am already letting you slide for lying on the cancellation of order and date of shipping, and the "discount" which you took back with your over the top shipping charges. You are the one who claimed the part has shipped, therefore you cannot cancel the order. I have all your email you know.

Let it rest as I don't really want to ruin your business that boasts daily shipping on your website and you shipped mine on the 6th.

E92-lighting is the biggest pos company I had to return my Mtec fog lights because they were giving me a error msg. talked to Derrick he assured me that it was not the bulbs. Finally convinced him it was the bulbs he gave me a RA number for return I mailed them back USPS. After I mailed them back Derrick said Mtec was working on a fix so I agreed to give him a couple of days to see if they could fix it. Well a couple days later I sent a msg to him asking for my money back and guess what no reply. Lucky for me I used PayPal and open a complaint and raised it to a claim. He never replied to Paypal and Paypal ruled in my favor and gave me my money. Word to the wise DO NOT PURCHASE FROM E92-LIGHTING if you have to return something you are screwed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too am waiting on response from E92 Lighting about splitters I shipped back that did not fit. But I'm patient I'll take a little of the blame since I waited 3 months after receiving them before trying to install.

Hi, did you ever get a response from E92-lighting? I've tried everything short of physically visiting them and no response. Trying to order something and now I'm wondering if I should stay away from them.

Well here is my experience with E92 Lighting. I purchased my new Angel Eyes from them on Sunday 8-17-2014. I did not receive any info from them only paypal, so I waited until end of day Tuesday and decided to email them. Never received a response, so I emailed 3 more times throughout Tuesday and Wednesday with again no response . Wednesday night I finally got someone on chat who told me my order shipped out today (Wednesday) and was told I would have the tracking number in the morning, of coarse nothing emailed to me. Thursday I tried to call 4 times and of coarse no answer . I finally get someone on chat Thursday afternoon around 5 pm and after being in chat for over 45 minutes just to get a simple tracking number I decided to keep the transcript from the chat that you see below (notice the time frame in chat):

I finally got the tracking info from the chat to find out they lied they did not ship it until the day after the chat conversation above . I still do not have my Angel eyes and I am at 8 days later and still counting . I own my own company and if I lied to customers I don't think my company would last very long!

After 9 days I was able to get a strait answer. They have not shipped my Angel Eyes yet! I canceled my order and waiting for my refund.

After only 4 months, one of my E92 Lighting white LED (V7) lights blew out. 2 days after contacting them via email and PM here, still no word on warranty replacement.

You'd expect quality LED lamps to last longer than 4 months, that's for sure.
