Red hot headers

So i was just messing around with a few things on the car at night. I shut the car off and was looking at it with a flash light. I turned my flashlight off and my manifold was glowing red. Doesn't seem normal to me, any input?

Sure isn't. You know you can cut off that clogged cat and sell it for about $80 for the platinum inside it.

I just asked my ninja and he said you're car has been infiltrated by the Yakuza, and they are randomly sabotaging components to keep you guessing.

I think you just bought a sitting basket case that created more than the original problem from sitting and now you are just sorting out multiple possibly unrelated items. But I am no ninja so take it FWIW.

Sounds like your running really rich. I bet if you put a egt probe and A/F meter your numbers would be crazy. Samething happened to my turbo awd talon. Had all free mods and a few goodies but no tune... ran 13.2 but later cracked the manifold from heat and was burning oil in the turbo before it could even make it to the return line.
