The newest sport activity vehicle from BMW is a crossover-coupe style and is expected to appear sometime in 2008!

The new M Performance Package As an additional option, the M Performance Package is available in the US. ... In addition, the M Performance Package includes 20-inch light alloy wheels, black chrome exhaust tips, stainless steel pedals, M foot rest and door sills, shadowline exterior trim, anthracite headliner, and optional Carbon Black metallic paint."
FROM my build sheet:
Options ZMX M Performance Package
767 M Performance Package
7XA M Sports leather steering wheel with paddle...

My build sheet doesn't specify black chromed tip exhaust, but all the rest of the details that you quoted above we talked about when I ordered mine this passed weekend.

Going to get the details on the exhaust, but I've never seen black rimmed fog lights from factory in USA.

Option 767 is what specifies it, it signifies the power increase, the stainless pedals and the black chrome finishers. I got a response from BMW AG with what option 767 included before I placed my order back in Feb.
