Check voltage where the plug connects into the motor.

Will do thanks for that. I do believe that it is a electrical problem.

Checked and no power going to the pump, put meter on the connector to the motor no power reading. Do you know where and which relay it could be?? I checked the fuses and both are OK.

I just had the same problem. I used an electrical tester at the harness for the washer motor (the one I used looks like an awl with a lightbulb on it and a grounding clip). I grounded the testers clip on the circular hood recess and stuck the awl into the harness while another person with key on activated washers from inside the car. This confirmed power to the harness. From there, I pulled the washer reservoir and got the motor out (ten minute job, 10mm socket required). I used some 14 gauge wire with clamps attached to the washer motors pos and neg terminals. Do this by sticking sewing needles (sharp side out) into each of the recesses and clamping on there. Then just touch the exposed end of your leads to the correct corresponding battery posts to see if the motor kicks on. Mine was dead, so I bought a new part from NAPA for 20 bucks vs the Stealer, which wanted 60.

Note: I had checked the fuses prior to undertaking this job. Its worth noting that when I pulled the lever thats on the steering wheel to engage the washers, the wipers would come on, but the washer motor wasn't making any sound at all. I assumed it wasnt getting power, but the motor was seized. Hope this helps!

I tested the motor and it runs fine, there must be a relay or the switch on the washer lever is dead??

You had said that you checked both fuses. There are 3 to my knowledge but Ive seen 4 posted. 49, 51, 52 and 59. If it isn't those fuses and your motor checks out then it's either the relay, wiring harness, or the switch. Make sure you test the positive wire (brown) for voltage before the harness to ensure its not the harness. Remember someone needs to test for voltage while another person activates the switch in the car while the key is turned to on. As for the relay, I found this.

If no voltage, check the relay # 4 in electronic box on the rear left side of engine compartment. Relay #4 is the far rear relay. Swap it with Relay # 9 (back-up light) which is located far forward to test if relay is bad or not.

Let me know how it goes.
