Meanwhile, at Fisker...

Wow, between the battery recall and (was it Consumer Reports?) the one that broke coming off the delivery truck at the start of a review, things sounded kind of bad for Fisker.

That was before this happened:

You know, as much as I'd love to have the option of an i3 (or lotto and an i8) in my life right now, please, BMW, take as much time as you need!

To clarify, until a lot more is known it doesn't affect *my* opinion of Fisker much... but I'm sure the media/etc will react just like when they breathlessly told us Toyotas (and Audis before them) were accelerating on their own, utterly unstoppable... will you survive?, will your family survive?, tonight at 11!

More troubling for me is the future of Fisker when the only press I ever hear them getting is bad.
