Convertible top issues
I'm having issues with my 2011 M3 convertible. The operating switch is blinking red and when i flip it up or down. I'm also having issues with the windows not rolling up and the truck wont open when pressing the release.
maybe I have a blown fuse somewhere that I haven't checked?

Try putting the key (it pulls out of the fob) in the door lock and operating it that way. That apparently overrides the switch on the console, and is what my Delivery Specialist did at the Welt when the top on my car was not cooperating. In my case, it turned out that he had moved the front license plate holder into the "no-go zone" in the trunk which was preventing the top from completing a full-open cycle.
Best of luck.

Do you mean insert the key in the driver door and hold it in the locked position?
I checked the trunk area and nothing is in its way from operating properly. |

Just tried the key trick and windows went all the way down, tried holding the key in the locked position and the windows are still stuck down. Before they were half way up
I hope it doesn't rain lol

Issue resolved with the convertible top and windows. A proximity sensor needed to be re adjusted and now the top is working as it should. Thanks Boothguy
