S85 questions

Hi all.
The story... Crashed M5 E60 was bought. It had damaged front, but engine was not impacted too much. Of course some external parts like radiators, hoses etc died. After I've finished to repair body, I've started engine and heard some extraneous knock. Unscrewed the sump and saw a piston there. That was not awesome.
So I have to rebuild my engine. New block was bought with pistons and overhaul kit with gaskets, rings and other stuff. Work was done perfectly I believe. And now I have 2 problems:
1. As TIS said for running-in period oil 5w30 should be used. But in about 90-100 *C the car says that oil pressure too low. WTF? May be I should use standard for this engine 10w60 oil?
2. The VANOS solenoids shows insufficient capacity while running VANOS checking procedure, but 1 of 4 is new, and it CAN'T be broken. Could the cause be in the 5w30 oil which is a bit more liquid than 10w60?
Or if the oil is not the case for these problems where else I should look for?
