I tried this one. No changes in HUD, but I have the "old" HUD (not full color). Could work in the new one.

Hyptohesis: I wonder if the tire shop applied a TPMS rebuild kit when changing the tires. This is not unusual. Alex_C also has changed his tires and he may have encountered the same thing at the tire shop.

I suggest adding question, were tires changed at dealer?

No, I have not changed my tires at all!

I have the OEM tires with the original metal stem valves.

There goes my hypothesis. I thought you must have changed the tires since you bought my OEM RFTs. Either way I am going to have the dealer check my TPMS on Monday. It's going to be a difficult discussion with the service advisor.

BTW I don't think the nitrogen in your tires is the issue. BMW uses nitrogen in M5s, and the tire pressure and temperature on that model work just fine.

So there has to be something wrong with our TPMS, or alternatively some other setting that is off in the software.

Couple of guys came over for coding so i was stuck!... Looks like the convertor messed up the file so i am uploading the excel as it is.

Your setup is virtually identical to mine except that mine is a 2012 and my tires were installed by an independent shop. I need to have the dealer look at the TPMS. I suspect the independent shop messed with the TPMS.

IS there any way to export all the module, section and function value fields from all the modules into an Excel sheet. Once that is done, we can get it translated and it will make this exercise a lot easier.

Have you guys looked into/found a way to correct/adjust the speed? it drives me nuts that me speed is appx 2mph faster than actual at hwy speeds (which i would figure is why my mpg are typically less than displayed)..

Is it possible to reduce the electronic speed limiter from 155mph to 30mph? This might be useful for instance when I drop the car off for service?

Sorry dream car - i was looking at the coding features done to date list on the first post, not the cheat sheet...i'm good now!

Folks Regarding TPMS:

In October 2010 the TPMS has been changed to be more verbose (Prove me wrong any body with older build got this working?)

After October you should get this working... If not we need the part numbers from you TPMS units

No Noticeable Effect - NEEDS ADDITIONAL TESTING

THERE IS A NOTICEABLE EFFECT. The effect is that if you select whole_text you can scroll thru the text and email messages while in motion. Otherwise, you can only see 3 lines and are not allowed to scroll unless you are in Park.
