Car turns off when "h0t"

I have a 2001 m5 and after driving it for a while and normally when its hot outside if i turn it off and attempt to turn it on it will turn over than shut off instantly and i have to wait for 15-20 min before it will start again. Any ideas??? Would grately appreciate it .

there is a fellow oevr on m5board.com current troubleshooting this issue...Fuel pump or filter related.... check it out

Most likely fuel pump issue check pressure when its cold and check back when its hot. If you read the same then look for something else. If it different replace the pump
