Squeegee ??
Does a squeegee have a tendency to scratch a surface if used to dry a car.. There are some for sale in Walmart and considered buying one but I didn't know whether or not my finish would be damaged... Granted the car has to be super clean because if it isn't surface dirt can ruin a finish...
My car is Jet Black, if you breathe on it, it will show , so kind of skeptical.... Any thoughts???? |

Sounds like you answered your own question there.

Use it on your shower door or your glass, not your paint. It'll work only up until you get a bit of grit embedded in the edge, then you'll rue the day you ever used it on the paint.

Squeegee
Thanks for the replies, I was doubtful about the product but I am not going to risk any damage to my finish...
I will stick to using my foam cannon and microfiber towels to dry, i always finish it off with a spray wax..... |

Have you tried sheeting the water off to save you some microfiber work at the end? Take the nozzle off the hose and with a 1/4 to 1/2 stream, work the stream over the horizontal surfaces. You'll see how individual drops of water will be added to the stream and washed away. With a little practice, and not much at all, you'll remove about 90% of the surface water and your towel drying will be cut to a minimum. You can almost go directly to your spray wax.

I use a good microfiber. IMHO it is much better than a squeegee. N4S

I use a squeegee on my SUV; on the glass surfaces and roof only.
