What mode do you drive in?

Just curious to see what "mode" you drive in? I'm preferring comfort+ with auto start/stop off. Eco Plus is a little too slow, sport mode kinda makes the car less "plush" in its ride... and the auto start/stop is a little annoying, especially if you're in a tight spot and need to move fast.

Thoughts???

Comfort for me all the way, but when i need that extra push to change lanes on the freeway, I toggle the switch to Sport as needed. I agree with you on Eco pro.

I realized leaving the car on comfort will get you eco pro outcome as long as you don't rev up your car past 2500 rpm and know how to coast your car from a far distance to a stop light/stopped car.

No, i'm not... i had a 335 M Sport 6 spd for years, loved it... but kinda enjoying a more forgiving ride at the moment. If i wanted something that was totally a sports car i would've bought one. Peace.

I'm probably 70% comfort mode and 30% sport mode.

I'd say I'm split 50/50 on sport versus comfort. Some roads I feel it just a bit to floaty in comfort so I switch to Sport. Some roads - especially concrete roads where the slabs are uneven feel better in comfort mode.

Unless I'm on a long straight freeway comfort mode makes me sea sick. It's usually sport (with chassis only) and I go to sport+ when I need some extra quickness.

If you don't have DDC, you won't have some of the modes.

FOr me:

Comfort: 1% (low speed pothole avoidance only)
Normal: 90%
Sport: 9%

Roads around me are pretty terrible, and there isn't much opportunity for sporty driving. Plus, I'm usually stuck in 15 MPH stop and go traffic or stop and go back roads.

On my long haul from California to Dallas, my car was mostly in comfort + and using cruise control. On my short drives I like sport or sport +, any other option feels very blah to me. When I have the car in sport or sport+ the car feels more like my 535 e60 did. All others feel like a kind of old school cadillac-esque.

Normal when I'm just zooming around the city on 30 mph streets, but I have conditioned myself to press "SPORT" when I start driving down an on-ramp to the freeway.

550's don't have an Eco Pro mode....at least not that I have found.

Normal in DC area. When no traffic and clear roads sport. It's like having two cars.

Sport+ -- 40%
Sport with transmission set to normal -- 55%
Comfort 5% -- and that's only when i forget cause i'm too preoccupied setting up pandora or running late for a meeting. i may consider leaving a sticky note on my steering wheel.

I guess I don't drive like a banshee enough

If I am going to nail it off the line then I hit it to DS and go to sport+. Once I am done it goes back to normal. I see no reason to leave yourself at risk all the time when driving. It's rare on public roads that you can or should have DSC engage...
