Did anyone else in cali receive this?
Got a class action lawsuit form in the mail yesterday. The suit is Skuro vs BMW of North America, LLC. Anyone who connected to BMW assist btwn Oct 13 2009 - Feb 1 2011 is eligible. Plaintiff claims that BMW and it's telematics (Agero Connected Services formerly known as ATX Group) service provider recorded BMW assist calls without first disclosing that the call may be monitored.
The payoff: $50 prorated or upgrade/extension of BMW assist services for 6 months. Did anyone else in Cali get this?
