Unhappy clunking and rubbing noises in rear during hard turns

Have a 92 325I right rear tire hit a curb, popped the tire bent rim. We replaced the control arms, and aligned car, car drives fine, but when cornering really hard to the right it makes a clunking rubbing sound, any ideas what it is? Axle maybe?

Check your rear shock mounts, trailing arm bushings, sub-frame mounts, etc.
