Natl geographic BMW special-X3

The National Geographic Channel had a show about the BMW factory in SC today and they showed X3's being built from sheet metal up.
Fascinating viewing, the show was taped in 2007. Check your local listings.

The one that I saw was filmed in 2011 titled "BMW X3". Shows the next gen being built. Well worth watching.

This was called "Ultimate Factories". I'll look for "X3".

Showed on National Geographic channel last week here in RSA too. Show was part of the Megafactories series, (S5/E9) - BMW X3. Featured the new generation X3 factory added to the existing factory in South Carolina where the X5 and X6'es are built. Must be the same show and channel.

Very interesting show
Problem is, watching the show make you want to have one, which I cannot right now

That's the show. very interesting how they have it mostly automated. BMW has similar videos on their website, but they are in German.
