Active E - take over lease for 1 yr - $499 (Will deliver anywhere in CA)
2012 BMW Active E all-electric car. For more details, see Wikipedia page here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BMW_ActiveE. One of only 700 in the USA, leased for two years from 4/12, looking for someone to take over lease for last yr. Cover half my down payment ($1,125) and take over payments starting 5/1 ($499 +tax), and any fees to transfer lease/registration are negotiable. Can offer charger for 2-5 hr charging, although it does charge with 110V power in 8-10 hrs.
This car is a hoot to drive, it's a speedy little sport coupe despite the 8 sec 0-60 time. It feels much faster and it corners like it's on rails! If you are willing to come to my home in Lake Tahoe, or meet me in Reno, I will gladly give you a test drive. No guarantees, but I THINK leasing this car will get one higher on the list for an i3 when they come out. Leasing an E-Mini certainly got one higher on the list for this car. One of the truly great features of this car for a resident of CA is that it has HOV access with a "clean air" sticker. So you can commute in the HOV lane alone! I'm saving 80% in fuel (the electricity is far cheaper than gas) so depending on how much you drive you could save thousands. I will deliver the car to your door in late March if we can make a deal._a_ |
