Out of curiosity, what drivelogic setting do you drive to get that kind of MPG?.....I seem to find my best MPG is at S4.....

I do not find major differences in MPG whether in "M" mode or DCT.
I have M dialed in to most stiff suspension (helps with drive ways as I am lowered).

I did follow the break in very closely.

City driving in M does drop milage, but I do mostly 90 mile one way Country runs.

The computer tells me I get 19 mpg in mixed driving with manual transmission. I have never verified that the computer is accurate though. It doesn't matter to me anyway. The thrill of driving this car more than makes up for any concerns about gas milage.

Is your right pedal permanently glued to the floor? I've yet to see such a low number over a reasonable period of time (e.g. month-average), and I don't baby my car.

Wow...this is the first I have ever heard of such great gas mileage on a V8 M3.

That is what I get in my 335i N54 Cobb tuned Stage 1 aggressive appx. 25 mpg on (mixed: 65% highway and 35% city driving).

At the time when I bought my 335i. Only thing coming between me and the M3 was the muscle car like horrid gas mileage. Wish I could have found a one in a kind like yours.
