For the headlight one, a screw or two on the bottom.

For the center vent, remove radio and two screws on the bottom as well.

Screws from the bottom. Look under the headlight /vent piece. You ll find a single screw. Just be careful when u pull it out and put it back in, the plastic tab at the bottom is weak. The center vent has two screws IIRC, going up from the bottom.
