rear bumper help. also is this a good buy?

To keep a long story short, i bought an 08 E60 535xi from a dealership and basically got screwed over. I went to the dealership about 7-8 times (about 100 miles one way) and was getting no help. after i said i will bring my lawyer in to this they finally agreed to swap the POS out and give me another car off their lot. they are not a certified bmw dealer but i do have a 3rd party warranty to make sure i do not get screwed buying from a used car dealer like this.

now i am looking at a 2009 Lemans blue-metallic 335i xdrive sedan. I have 2 questions 1. is this a good deal? (they offered to sell it for 22,990). 2. Where can i find a relatively cheap m3 style rear bumper for it?

NOW>>>the car has only 1 owner BUTTTT it has been in an accident and whoever fixed it did a really really bad job. The car got rear ended and there is an obvious area where you can tell someone tried to pull the dent and repaint the bumper. I definitely want to get a new bumper that is why i am looking at m3 style bumpers such as mtech etc. (with PDC).
I have spent hours and hours searching and cannot find a proper bumper to fit my car. what am i doing wrong??? i am sure im supposed to be searching for an E90 bumper with LCI am i right?

I have the genuine BMW M Tech rear bumper avaible HERE. Currently I'm shipping it free to you're area (new york) and it comes with the bumper guides, lower diffuser, and tow hook cover.
