X5 shakes when stopped. RPM fluctuates. Cylinder 6 misfire code. Low Power.

BMW 3.0 X5 2001. 175K miles. Recently, my service engine light came on with no problems. Subsequently, when leaving my car idle for over a short amount of time, the car would begin to shake. If I tried to drive away my RPM's would not shift until 3500 and I experienced low power. The problem is fixed if I restart my car and drive away. However, the problme comes back every time I STOP. A BMW fault code reads P0313 Misfire on Cylinder 6. When stopped, if I put the car in neutral, it takes longer for it to start shaking, and if I give it gas, it takes even longer to start shaking.

I have low compression in cylinder 6 when the car is shaking. No leaks in the gasket. Already changed the spark plugs and coils. Cleaned the MAF. Did fuel injector cleaner and oil stabalizer. Also, I get a clicking noise from the engine at times, often when my oil is low. I have leaking oil.

FML. Please help.
