I can help anyone interested in CODING, to try it out for themselves and code YOUR own car, as it is not intimidating as it sounds and looks. I can actually give you a tutorial on NCSexpert as well as the E-sys for F-series coding

The laptop or netbook should be running Windows 32bit. A laptop running Windows 64bits is fine, but requires a VMware software to run a virtual machine. (Inquire for more info on that setup).

You need to buy a D-can cable from this link if you are coding with NCSexpert:

For F-series coding with E-Sys you need to make your own cable which you can download the PDF at the bottom of the page..

Alpina B3 TCU flash is reality after extensive research I got it to work!!!...Its so awesome guys if you own a E9x chasis... 335i 2007-present this is worth it weight in gold...

This flash will make the transmission run smoother, gear change will be more precise and crisp, rev match downshift is unbelievable, rev limiter is increased and overall driveability is increased. You will have a new indicator for gear selection in D mode which display D1, D2, D3 ,D4, D5 and in DS mode you will see S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and the same for the M mode. This single flash will make the car change gears more refined and crisp. You will no longer feel the lurching when the tranny shifts and it goes through the gears without even the slightest hesitation. It is indeed a must have flash if you own a E9x with a N54 engine...

Currently testing it on a N55 with great success...Only issue seems to be a glitch with the tach but overall the Alpina B3 Flash is looking good....Call me when your ready for some coding.

The Alpina B3 Flash is N55 and N54 compatible...!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys the Alpina B3 transmission flash has been a huge success and anyone owning a 3/07 till present N54 or N55 should get this flash. I have been getting many inquires about the 5 series and people wanting this flash for it. Well it looks like there is no solution for you guys. Had some people look into this and it looks as though it uses an entirely different tranny than the normal 5 series...SUCKS

I now know how to reset short circuit counters for guys that installed aftermarket bulbs and are getting bulb malfunctions and have no addressed it. After 60 recorded short circuits (bulb malfunctions), the FRM module shuts off the circuits to those specific bulbs and renders its not working until you reset the module. Afterwards the bulbs checks needs to be addressed or it will happen again...Before alot of people are told by the dealer that the FRM module needs to be replaced! Well its total BS because I just reset a module for someone today! Saved the person 400 bucks from getting raped at the dealer!!!!
