Esys can't connect to the car

I installed Esys 27.1, launcher 2.53 and psdzdata 58.1 in two macs (Air and Pro) via parallels desktop 11. I'm running win xp

I took the exacly same steps on both and here is the problem:

on the mac pro, everything work as expected

on the air, computer and car find the connection, esys "sees" all the chassis targets, but the Conection by VIN is greyed out

Engine was running

I attached some imagens with the configs I'm using.

The olny difference between the procedure on both macs is the USB Ethernet adapter. And I can't test if that's causing the trouble because I don't have both computers with me (just the pro. the other is remote).

Last thing: on the mac air, the network connection (car and computer) often goes down. But problem problably is not the cable, cause I've used it yesterday in another computer and could coding flawless

Any ideas?

ps: I've read the archives with some question aboute same problem, but I couldn't find the answer.
