Please help ! First BMW purchase and don't know what to do!

I need some help please! I've talked to the top two dealers in Colorado here and they seem to be pretty set on the price. One of them is no haggle at all and wanted to just take $2600 off the MSRP ( no dealer fees) and the other one I talked to him and want to do $2500( with dealer, I think) over invoice for my $79856 car that I will be leasing. What can I do to make sure I am getting a good deal? Please help as I am super lost and if that too much if I ask for $2000 over invoice and , clear nose mask and tinted window to be all inclusive? Please help and it's greatly appreciated for all feedbacks!!

It is a little confusing by the way you have described it (e.g., no dealer fees; nose mask and tinted windows inclusive).

First, you must get a copy of the "as equipped" invoice for the vehicle you want. Get this from your dealer or off of the Edmunds site. Take the total invoice amount including MACO and all BMWAG and BMWNA packages, options and accessories, and you should be able to order, or buy from the lot, for about $1000 over the invoice. This is just a ball park, as some people in some states can buy it for $500 over the invoice, while in some areas it might be $1200 - $1500 over invoice.

Negotiate the tinting and nose mask separately.

But you do not need to pay $2500 over invoice - many dealers will beat that price. Offer $1000 over invoice, and if needed contact dealers in nearby states.

Thank you for answering all my questions! There's one dealer that was only wanted to take off $2600 off the MSRP price and it came to $80,000 ish. Are there any good reliable dealership in the west coast I should particular contact for the car? I just want to order it and get it done and hopefully get more of what I will be paying. Thank you.
