Inpro Euro light wiring (angel eyes)

I'm having trouble getting my angel eyes to actually just run. Im trying to get the angel eyes to run independently in the ACC position by tapping into fuse 46. I have inpro euro headlights, and it seems as if the city lights are wired to the angel eyes. Does anyone know which wires to tap off the city lights to? Chad if you're reading this, I read your write up, and it said fuse 46 is purple and green wiring, I just have purple and yellow.
