What's the air sound when unlocking the car?

I notice when I unlock the car or open the door in the morning, there's a air releasing sound. Can someone tell me what it does? Thanks.

I think what you are hearing is the fuel pump pressurizing the system.

What you're hearing is the high pressure fuel pump (HPFP).

That likely is your gas filler door unlocking if it is a single loud click. Ticking I donno.

When you locate it, whatever you do, do not cut the red wire....or was it the green one...anyway, be careful.
