Any info. on headlight eyebrows?

I'm thinking of buying carbon fiber eyelid eyebrows for my 2009 Z4. Does anyone have any info. about these? Wondering where exactly they attach to( with tape). How sturdy are they? Do they obscure the proper functioning of the headlights? I'd appreciate any input.

If you saw them on eBay, they are nothing but stickers that look like carbon fibre
