Shift setting
I've looked in the manual and online and don't see a thread for this - but of course, my apologies if I've missed it....
I know you can customize the M button and I have done that, but is there a way to make the shift settings saved via the key without having to use the M button? I have everything set to the most aggressive levels on the M button, but don't want to drive daily with those settings.. Every time I turn the car on the DCT is on S3, but I like to drive in S4 daily (at lease the 4 days I've had the car, anyway). Can you save this setting like a "drive with day-time running lights" setting? Thanks. BTW, car is awesome... Absolute joy to drive! Only complaint at this point is the size of the radio volume knob and potentially this if there's no way to change it. Not too bad |

Do you have iDrive? If so, in the M Drive settings menu, push the iDrive knob to the right and that will bring up the M Key setting where you can set Power Button On/Off, S4 and EDC choice as default...

Doh! You and Phil are correct, sorry about that. Typed out a quick response while at work without thinking it through...
