The new to the US BMW X1 will arrive at BMW dealers in the fall of 2012 as a 2013 model year. Get your X1 28i with either sDrive (RWD) or xDrive (AWD) or get the US exclusive I6 N55 powered X1 35i dDrive. |

New Video Highlighting the X1 and More X1 Details
BMW just posted a new video of the X1. Check it out.
You can also head on over to http://www.bmwusa.com/x1/ to get more information and an official countdown to the unveiling of the Build Your Own X1 feature. The X1 is a great addition for the BMW family; I am really excited to see how it drives on the street now! Anyone else looking forward to getting behind the wheel?

The countdown to the build your own is lame especially given how terribly BMW roles these out. 5 months later and they still don't have the F30 one fully worked out (not all options shown).

why do they say all new? Hasn't this exact model been out for a few years in Europe?
Or is this really a new and different model?

The rest of the world has had it but this is the LCI for them....so, it is the refreshed model being sold in the US for the first time. Make sense?
